Inspired by… Diane Kruger

Diane Kruger is one of the most beautiful women on the world (I mean, she did play Helen in Troy after all) and she’s also one of the most stylish!

The German actress started her career as a model, getting signed back in 1992.  Soon there after, she began acting and has been in love with the profession ever since.  She’s most notable for her roles in Inglourious Bastards and National Treasure.  Diane, who’s 36, is also known for dating actor Joshua Jackson.

But, Diane is also known for her fantastic style!  She’s always on countless best dressed lists and the fashion industry loves her for her risk taking.  You’ll never spot Diane looking unfashionable, and that’s just the way we like her.  So when trying to dress like Diane, think stripes for casual, dreamy colors, and risk taking.

In this first look, Diane is out and about.  To copy her chic casual outfit, select a black and white striped sweater, a pair of blue skinny or boot cut jeans, and brown boots.

This second look is of Diane at the Chanel Fall 2012 Haute-Couture Fashion Show.  Take her effortless look and make it your own for a dinner date!  Go with a light blue dress with cap sleeves and silver capped flats with spikes.  Accessorize with a silver clutch, silver dangling earrings, and a white watch.  If you’re daring, add a little page boy hat.

In this final look, Diane is on the red carpet for the 2010 People’s Choice Awards.  Choose a white bodycon dress, black strappy heels, and a black cross-body bag for the perfect night look.

Diane’s style is definitely more European looking and daring then most.  Her love for stripes is very chic, and her red carpet style is always on the cutting edge.  So if you’re looking for some excitement in your wardrobe, but still want to be chic, copy Diane’s effortless looks.
