Foods that are Good for your Skin
Everyone wants great skin, but everyone doesn’t want to buy expensive skin products to get it. Here are a list of foods that are good for your skin, and explanations of exactly what they do. So you can stop looking for bargains on expensive skin products and add these to your grocery list instead.
Papaya-contains vitamin C to brighten skin and tighten it and decrease redness
Red Cabbage-helps rid the body of toxin which can cause fine lines; it also decreases wrinkle formation
Tomato Juice-helps prevent damage from UVB and UVA rays
Black Sesame Seeds-restore your skins elasticity and radiance (especially after drinking alcohol, staying up late and eating unhealthy foods)
Lemons-remove old hormones and fat-soluble toxins that can cause breakouts
Pumpkin Seeds-help to hydrate your skin and fix marks from breakouts
Beets-reverse dull skin, increase oxygen-carrying ability in the blood and can help reduce the appearance of cellulite
