Tomboy fashion has always drawn people in; Coco Chanel was even considered a tomboy of her time. Initially, the term ‘tomboy’ was used to describe a bold-spirited women, and while the modern connotation is more laid back, the appeal is as enticing as ever. Kylie’s makeup seems to be all about arched eyebrows, winged eyeliner, and pouty pink lips. To achieve her exaggerated pout, line slightly outside your natural upper lip line. You may do this for your bottom lip as well, but another option is to simply line the outer edges of your bottom lip with a darker shade than the main lip color you’ll be using.
